How it works
Read and highlight
Select text, right-click it and pick a colour. The mark stays on the words.
In short
- Four colours. Yellow, green, blue, red. Rename them in ⚙ Settings ▸ Appearance.
- Everywhere you read. PDFs, books, documents, web pages and posts.
- A tag is a highlight too. The passage takes the tag's colour.
How to highlight
- Select some text.
- Right-click it.
- Choose 🖍 Highlight and a colour. 🧹 Clear highlights on this page removes every mark on that page.
How to follow a citation in a PDF
- Hover a citation. A label appears under it.
- Not in your vault yet? Choose 🔍 Search reference, then ＋ Add + PDF. The paper is downloaded and linked.
